Built on One Principle: Technology Must Work for The Business

Company Story

Founded in 2011, iKoss Consulting was built around a conviction that has only grown more relevant with time: technology only creates value when an organization is truly ready to receive it.

We built the firm helping mid-market and enterprise companies navigate complex ERP implementations — bringing process redesign, change management, communications, and business case development to engagements that other firms treated as purely technical projects. We learned early that the technology was rarely the hard part. The hard part was the people, the processes, and the leadership decisions that determined whether the investment ever paid off.

That experience shaped what iKoss calls Technology Assimilation. The discipline of helping organizations adopt new technology in a way that is meaningful, lasting, and aligned with how people actually work. Business process change aligned with organization and people change. Technology designed to work with your teams, not imposed on top of them. Leadership actions that build trust in new ways of working.

Today we apply that discipline to artificial intelligence. We help companies plan and execute AI adoption in a way that sticks — where employees understand the change, processes are redesigned to capture the value, and leadership is aligned on what success looks like. The tools have changed. The discipline has not.

Blair Koss — Owner & Managing Partner

Blair brings 30 years of business process and technology change management consulting experience to every client engagement. His career includes seven years with PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Consulting Services, where he led complex technology and organizational transformation programs for large-scale enterprises across multiple industries.

He founded iKoss on the belief that the most important conversation in any technology project happens before the technology is selected — when leadership gets honest about what meaningful change actually requires. That belief drives every Technology Assimilation engagement iKoss takes on today.
