and reason for the project, (2) the expected business benefits, (3) all options
considered; with reasons for rejecting or carrying forward each option, (4) expected

Process and organization transition services. This includes process analysis, job design analysis (responsibility charting), facilitation and documentation of workforce planning workshops, and process improvement implementation support.
